What is timelit?
timelit is an AI assistant that connects to your Microsoft 365 account and quietly handles the administrative work around email and meetings, so you can spend your time on actual work.
The idea behind timelit
Most knowledge workers lose one to two hours every day to "work about work": replying to routine emails, sorting the inbox, finding a meeting slot that works for everyone, writing up what was discussed, keeping contacts up to date. None of this is hard. It's just constant.
timelit's approach: configure once, then let it run in the background. You don't operate timelit during the day. It watches your inbox and calendar, does the routine work as it comes in, and leaves the results where you already work: drafts in Outlook, events in your calendar, summaries in your mailbox. You stay in control: anything that goes out to other people is either a draft you approve or a behavior you explicitly enabled.

What timelit doesn't do
- It doesn't send replies on its own. Email replies are always created as drafts. You review, edit, and hit send.
- It doesn't lock you in. Everything timelit creates lives in your Microsoft 365 account: contacts, categories, drafts, calendar events. If you stop using timelit, all of it stays yours.
- It doesn't share your data. Your data is hosted in Europe, GDPR-compliant, never shared with third parties, and never used to train AI models.
