When you sign up, we only categorize emails as "Informational" or "Action Required" without moving them. If you want different categorization behavior, go to the Preferences tab and scroll to the "Emails to show in main inbox" section.
What data does timelit access, and how is it used?
- Emails: Used to categorize, prioritize, and draft replies, stored securely in Europe, 100% GDPR-compliant.
- Calendar: Checked to suggest meeting times but not shared with third parties.
- Meeting Notes: Transcriptions are only used if Meeting Summaries is enabled and never shared with third parties.
How does timelit ensure the confidentiality of my emails and calendar data?
- Your emails and calendar data are not stored or used to train 3rd party AI models.
- All AI-generated emails can be seen only by you. Administrative access is granted on a case by case basis and read only.
